The standard handling timeframe is typically 1 to 3 working days. After preparation is completed, the package is transferred to the designated logistics carrier for shipment. The estimated overall delivery timeframe generally ranges from 5 to 8 working days after dispatch and may vary based on the delivery address and current order volume. To ensure consistent and dependable delivery, we cooperate with established carriers including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Orders with a total value of USD 89.99 or above qualify for free delivery, while orders below this amount are subject to a fixed delivery fee of USD 10.99. 6. Order cancellation

Order cancellation requests may be submitted within 48 hours after payment confirmation, provided that order preparation has not yet started and the package has not been handed over to the carrier. Once the order enters processing or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may submit a return request after receiving the order in accordance with the procedures described in our order cancellation policy.
