Orders that have not been shipped may be canceled directly within 48 hours after the order is placed. If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. In such situations, you may wait for the delivery to be completed and then contact us to request a return and refund.
