Muralwayys (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates exclusively as an online store and provides delivery services only through online orders. These Shipping Terms explain the delivery scope, shipping fees, processing timelines, transportation arrangements, and related responsibilities, helping you understand how orders are handled from processing to final delivery.

1. Delivery Area

We currently provide delivery services within the United States only. Delivery to countries or regions outside the United States is not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total product value of 89.99 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders with a total value below 89.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of 10.99.

All applicable taxes and any mandatory shipping-related charges are included in the product prices displayed on our website. No additional fees are required beyond the amount shown at checkout.

3. Order Cutoff Time

Our regular order processing hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 (CT).

  • Orders placed and successfully paid for before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day.
  • If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next available business day.

4. Order Processing Time

Once payment is confirmed, the order enters the preparation stage. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, including order verification, product preparation, packaging, and dispatch arrangements. Please note that processing time does not include transportation time.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After the order has been shipped, the estimated overall delivery timeframe is 5–8 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, carrier operations, and shipment volume during peak periods.

6. Shipping Carriers

To ensure stable and reliable delivery, shipments may be arranged through one or more established logistics carriers, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS).

7. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and carrier information (where applicable).

You may also visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter the email address or phone number used for the order together with the corresponding order number to view the latest order status.

8. Responsibility Statement

  • Product damage or loss: If your package is damaged, missing, or lost during transportation, please contact us promptly after delivery so we can assist with verification and resolution.
  • Shipping changes or cancellations: Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the carrier, changes, rerouting, or cancellations may no longer be possible.
  • Delivery address responsibility: Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information may be handled according to the actual circumstances and carrier policies.

9. Delivery Acceptance Notes

We recommend inspecting the package and product condition upon delivery. If any visible damage, tampering, or irregularities are found, please take photos (and/or videos) as evidence and contact us as soon as possible for further assistance.
